8th Brazilian Symposium of Construction Management and Economics

We are pleased to announce the call for abstracts for the 8th Brazilian
Symposium of Construction Management and Economics (SIBRAGEC 2013). The main
theme of the Conference is Innovation and Sustainability in construction
Management. The event will be held in Salvador, Bahia, a beautiful coastal
city in the Northeast of Brazil, from the 18th to the 20th of November 2013.
SIBRAGEC is a biennial event promoted by the Brazilian Association of the
Built Environment Technology (ANTAC), which is the main academic
organization in the field of the Built Environment in Brazil.

The first day of the conference will be the Industry Day, in which invited
speakers will make presentations on recent developments in the industry in
Construction Management and Economics, emphasizing issues related to
Innovation and Sustainability. In the second and third days there will be
presentations of papers selected by the scientific committee of the
conference. 

If you would like to submit a paper to the conference, please submit your
abstract no later than the 11th of March 2013. Papers will be accepted in
Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Abstracts should have a maximum of 300 words and provide an overview of the
